White Buffalo Gazette Vol. Salteena, #Greased Linoleum (November 1996)

The White Buffalo Gazette is the newsletter / zine that took the place of Steve Willis’ City Limits Gazette when it was retired (and it was originally inspired by Bruce Chrislip’s zine of the same name as well as Clay Geerdes’ Comix World newsletter). Several editors have published their own WBG over the years and it generally always contained comics, art, letters and info on new releases.

This issue is from Edward Bolman and Cat Noel’s run and contains comix and art by Michael Roden, Steve Willis, Jim Siergey (Bettie-Page-as-Nancy centerspread), Jeff Zenick, Maximum Traffic, Steve Skeates, Delaine Derry Green, Blair Wilson and John Miller.

Hi, Rick Bradford here. I’ve been selling mini-comics and zines both new and old since 2004. Before that I published the Poopsheet reviewzine, wrote reviews for other outlets, and published various other mini-comics. It’s in my blood!
