State of Beings was a wacky bonus mini-comic series that went out to subscribers of Steve Willis’ City Limits Gazette. Each issue was usually four pages and based loosely around the theme of a different US state.
Appearances by Morty the Dog, disembodied Harvey Comics characters, Nikita Khrushchev, Pogo and floating baby heads.
This is a complete run of issues 1 through 14.
