Historical comic book written, drawn and self-published by Dan Zettwoch (Kramers Ergot, Redbird) that documents the U.S. Civil War meeting between the Monitor and the Merrimac at the Battle of Hampton Roads.

It’s a beautiful production and obviously a lot of work went into it. Production highlights include the three-color, silkscreened, wrapround “folder” sort of cover (with a tab and slot so it closes in the back) and a couple of large panoramic fold-outs.

– 8¾ × 11¼
– 24 pages plus foldouts, three-color screenprinted cover
– published by Dan Zettwoch, 2002

Condition: Minor wear, complete and intact, no tears or markings, tight binding. Please enlarge the images for a closer look.
