Description
Cartoon Loonacy is an APA (amateur press association) like
CAPA-alpha or Rowrbrazzle, although it’s historically more tied to newave/minicomix. Its membership is comprised of cartoonists and its focus is comics of all kinds. Members printed their own pages (around 25 copies for each issue) and sent them to the Central Mailer who then collated and bound each issue before sending finished, complete issues back to the members.
Begun in 1984 by George Erling.
