There actually is a place to view your orders from the My Account page. Part of the problem in this particular case may be that the order was placed on the old site at the other URL. Those orders do still show up — unless they were made during the week or two I was transitioning the data (I assume that’s the case here if you can’t see it). So, if the order’s not showing in your My Account page that’s my fault. I apologize for the hassle. But under normal circumstances, you’ll be able to see any orders you’ve made there. I’ve just sent you a message here with some other info.
As for seller ratings, well, it is a possibility but I haven’t activated it. I’m not sure how I feel about it. As a seller at other venues, I appreciate when people leave me feedback but I’m not sure how necessary it is here (even though I do see where you’re coming from).
But I’m definitely open to feedback on this. If anybody else reading this has any thoughts, I’d love to hear them.
